- 6 cups /1,2 kg short - grain white rice such as sushi rice ,
- 3 large carrots , peeled ,
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil ,
- 2 to 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 3 to 4 handfuls spinach leaves ,
- 1 medium zucchini ,

My opinion about the bibimbap is although the bibimbap is exotic food but it was very interesting for customers to eat it as a kind of colourful material to make bibimbap .
